The West Highland White Terrier Club of America’s
Registry of Merit (ROM) and Registry of Merit Excellent (ROMX
)

The purpose of the Registry of Merit (ROM) and the Registry of Merit Excellent (ROMX) program is to honor the achievements of sires and dams that have produced a designated number of champion offspring. Awarding a ROM or ROMX title to deserving producers gives the Club a permanent record of Westie history and will serve as a tool in pedigree study and research.
