Regional Sales Tables

The West Highland White Terrier Club of America will again offer free sales space to all regional Westie Clubs on Friday, October 8 and Saturday, October 9, 2010.  The sales space is for use by regional Westie clubs only and is not for Westie rescue groups.  Sales tables will be located in the large building on the Kimberton Fire Department grounds, just a short distance from the show building.

Each Regional Club may register for one table; additional tables may be granted based on availability.  Each club must provide their own table covers and signage identifying their club’s table.  Regional Sales Tables are to be staffed for business during the hours of Friday and Saturday, 9am-3pm.  We recommend that you cover your goods with a tarp when your table is closed.  Items left overnight or unattended are at the risk of the regional club.  Table assignment & set up will be on Thursday before 3pm and packing up is to be completed Saturday by 4pm.

Your club is required to dispose of all garbage in the garbage can.  Do not expect that you can leave trash for others to clean up.  The Grounds Committee has worked all week, and by Saturday, they are tired too.  Please do not expect them to clean up your trash.

We require each club to respond so that we can plan for tables and chairs
Deadline to reserve booth space is August 1, 2010.
