Judge's Resources

The West Highland White Terrier Club of America has resources available to individuals who are licensed to judge Westies by the American Kennel Club.

Illustrated Standard
Our illustrated standard was revised in 2007 and features artwork by noted artist Darle Heck.  Although not available in hard copy, you may obtain a copy on a compact disc by contacting the club’s Education Materials Development Chairman.

PowerPoint Presentation
The Education Materials Development Committee, in conjunction with the Judges Education Committee, has developed a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation for judges’ education.  You may obtain a copy on a compact disc by contacting the club’s Education Materials Development Chairman.

Westie Imprint
The Westie Imprint is the official publication of the West Highland White Terrier Club of America.  This is a quarterly publication that averages 180 pages.  The Imprint is available to any AKC licensed Westie judge at no charge.  Please contact the Imprint’s Circulation Manager to request a subscription.
